Training
Provided by Central Trade Skills
Central Trade Skills is pleased to announce it has now introduced gas training, has joined one of the leading certification bodies and will allow you to register with Gas Safe Register this is the new name and the official stamp for gas safety in Great Britain and will replace CORGI gas register.
The structured programmes provide the "off-site" training that a candidate is required to successfully complete in order to qualify to undertake ACS gas assessment at our approved assessment centre.
In conjunction with the training programme, there is a Candidate's Portfolio, in which the Category 2 and 3 candidate will record all "on the job" and "off the job" training.
This evidence is vital to prove sufficient knowledge and experience to undertake the ACS assessments. Upon completion of a portfolio and successful completion of the Pathway To Gas training programme, the candidate will be issued a certificate which will qualify him/ her to undertake the ACS assessments at a our approved training centre.
Note. Successful completion of the Gas Pathway qualification will be dependent upon the candidate providing sufficient evidence of both 'on site' and 'off site' gas work experience
Important changes to the gas registration scheme.
Please visit www. gassaferegister. co. uk for details of how the changes affect new and existing gas Operatives
Central Trade Skills is an approved gas assessment centre. We offer both gas training and gas assessments.
