A two to three day course, designed for middle managers and above, to develop the writing skills and tools they need to communicate clearly and effectively.
This course has a heavy emphasis on interactive teaching and much of the time during the course modules will be spent on practical writing exercises, which will be individually assessed throughout. Whatever type of document is being written whether it is an executive summary, company report or email, many of the same universal writing skills and tools apply. So this course is structured to gradually build up those tools, starting with short writing exercises and then moving onto more complicated documents. The course is designed to run with between six and eight delegates.
Related Jobs or Careers: Puts managers in a much stronger position to apply for more senior roles.
