Provided by Market Leader Corporate English Training
In 1997 Market Leader began providing language training to the corporate sector. Since that date, Market Leader Corporate has delivered business English courses to a large number of international companies in the Shanghai area.
Market Leader Corporate Training specializes in providing courses and workshops focusing on targeted business communication skills. Our training needs analysis identifies the communication skills used most often by your staff in performing their jobs. Then we suggest training materials focused on improving those communication skills that add most value to our clients. Our academic coordinator may recommend a course textbook or he may work with the course trainer to design and develop more specific tailor-made course content.
In addition, we can create customized content that targets specific industries and types of jobs. We emphasize an audio-visual approach that gives your participants more than just a book, but also includes audio sound and video images.
Our clients need quantifiable ways to measure the results of training in order to justify the training investment. We can measure the success of your training in several ways. Clients receive a language assessment both before and after the training in order to measure the overall language improvement of the trainees.
We look forward to working with our corporate clients to deliver high quality training that adds value to our operations.
Although we are based in Shanghai, we have the capability to physically deliver training in almost any part of China. Market Leader has a nationwide network of training provider partners. In addition we can deliver training using our On-Line English Coach method via e-mail and telephone.
