Retail Banking Selling Techniques
It helps the retail banker to become a professional in selling the bank product. We will be working closely with the trainees to help them become better persons. We will share our own experiences of where and how others failed and how they have reviewed their mistakes in order to win the sale most of the times. The program can be also run in Arabic.
The Retail Banker will learn how to:
1- Open the relationship with the prospect;
2- Ask the right questions;
3- Discover the prospect needs;
4- Complying to the customer need by presenting the right product;
5- Handling objections efficiently;
6- CLOSING the sales;
7- Generating new leads;
8- Follow up with after sales service.
