Schedule:
DAY 1 - (AM) Overview of OSHA 1910. 178, OSHA and NIOSH terminology, classifications and design specifications, (PM) limitations of powered industrial trucks, vehicle safety inspections and proper load handling.
DAY 2 - (AM) Developing, implementing and managing an effective PIT program and (PM) practical skills station design techniques
Students are evaluated through written examination and practical skills testing. Student successfully completing the course will receive a sample PIT program (policy with safety inspections) and certificate of completion.
