Students receive one personalized lesson a week by email, plus feedback and marking.
Each lesson contains teaching content and activities for you to complete and send to your tutor for marking.
Each lesson takes approximately one hour to complete, and often more.

Structured English lessons by email, with personalized content.
The tutor will test and assess your level of English before you start your course.
You will also complete a questionnaire about your requirements and any previous experience.
The tutor will use the assessment results, and the information from the questionnaire, as the basis for your course of English lessons by email.
A free trial lesson is available.
You will receive one personalized lesson a week by email, plus feedback and marking. This lesson will contain detailed teaching content, plus activities for you to complete and send to your tutor for marking. Your tutor will send you detailed feedback on your progress.

Payment is required at least two weeks in advance.
Discounts are available for block bookings made in advance.
You will have 7 days from the receipt of your first email lesson in which to cancel your course and receive a full refund.
The tutor will give you notice of at least one week of any planned tutor holidays or absences.
