Pressurized Equipment Technology for Plant Engineers
The manufacturing standards governing pressurized equipment are continually being upgraded, updated and amended to provide universally accepted norms to meet the needs of globalization.
The fundamental principles governing pressurized equipment design and manufacture and the controls applied to ensure compliance with the selected manufacturing standard remain, however, generally universally applicable.
The primary objective of the course is to provide the plant engineer with sufficient practical knowledge and awareness to assess for himself whether he and/ or his supplier are fulfilling his/ their obligations regarding compliance with the selected manufacturing standard and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Vessels Under Pressure Regulations
