Objective of this
Agile Workshop is to provide a comprehensive orientation to participants on the Agile Values, Agile Principles, Agile Software
Development Practices and Agile Project
Management Paradigms. Agile Software Development has several key imperatives. If these are not factored in, Agile teams will find it extremely difficult to sustain the productivity sought out of them. This interactive workshop will introduce to the participants the core concepts of Incremental and Iterative Software Development with special reference to the practices of Scrum and Extreme Programming.
