Solar Energy Solar Thermal Photovoltaic Training Systems and Renewable Energy Training
We offer a series of multi-hour courses related to alternative and renewable energy. Our solar energy training programs offer basic and advanced training courses in the understanding, siting, and use of solar energy systems. These programs will aid in making decisions regarding the siting, selection, design, and use of a photovoltaic systems.
The courses discuss the types of photovoltaic systems, the characteristics of solar radiation, the types of materials used to make solar cells, characteristics of solar components, and a few issues concerning solar power installations. The courses include a review the basic operation, limitations, capacities and design of a series of solar generating systems, such as: Flat Panel Photovoltaic, Photovoltaic Electric Power, Concentrating PV (CPV), Thermal Solar, Parabolic Troughs, Power Towers, and Dish Stirling Systems.
