A 40 hour, non-immersion, non-grammar based, interactive basic Spanish course for police, detention and dispatch. We utilize visual, audio and practical applications in order to assist all learning styles.
We cover topics such as greetings, medical assitance, traffic stops, arrests, book-in and danger words.
The course can be designed for 3 days up to 10 days (80 hours).

Spanish for Law Enforcement
Basic useful Spanish words and phrases are introduced, beginning with the alphabet. The 40 hour course covers such topics as greetings, commands, traffic stops, arrests, book-in, medical assistance, dispatch, danger phrases. DVDs of related material
are introduced to increase the ability to understand the spoken language and gain knowledge and insight into the Hispanic culture.
The course is designed for the student who has never attended a language class, however it is an excellent refresher for those who have had some Spanish or learn a more specialized vocabulary.
Our courses can be designed for 3 days up to our most popular 10 day (80 hour) course.
Even though courses are designed to be fun and relaxed, SCOPE Spanish is serious that each law and emergency officer possess the vocabulary skills necessary to perform their jobs proficiently and return home safely.
