Depending on employeesa ™ competency in their task areas and commitment to their tasks, your leadership style should vary from one person to another. You may even lead the same person one way sometimes and another way at other times.
The purpose of this workshop is to support managers and supervisors flex their management style to match the (situational) development level of their people and a task needsa ™ on an individual and team a task by taska ™ basis. This experiential workshop is designed to create a safe environment for the participants to practice and receive coaching on varying Leadership Style to match the situation. You will find that your effectiveness in managing people, time and resources will increase. You will be able to respond to the many different personnel needs and situations in the most appropriate manner.

This course is suitable for Team Leaders, Project Managers, Middle Managers, Supervisors, Executives and Team Members and anyone else who is or will be responsible for managing teams or individuals.
Methodology
This is a highly interactive course based on the application of theoretical concepts of leadership to practical situations that are faced by managers. Participants will work in small groups throughout the course to apply the learning to real issues and leadership challenges. Practical exercises and case studies will be used extensively.
