We all start life with the potential for good health. Most illness is the result of improper maintenance of the body. The resulting imbalance creates a buildup of toxins in the system which inhibits the free flow of energy. The purpose of practicing the art of Reflexology is to relax the body, thereby releasing an unrestricted flow of vitality. This restores balance and encourages the body's healing abilities to take over. The Connecticut Center for Universal Reflexology is dedicated to providing a quality education to people from all walks of life. It is the school's mission to provide a space for you to grow and the tools to assist your growth in the future.

The Connecticut Center for universal Reflexology offers an in depth 8 week certification training program in the universal method of reflexology. : The center offers an in depth 8 week training program in the universal method of reflexology. The class is strictly a foot reflexology class. The next class begins in October.
