The Discovery Process: Recruiting & Interviewing instructor led trainingworkshop / seminartrain the trainer : The Discovery Process is a course on the art of interviewing and hiring skills, covering: question development, legal questions, probing, resume screening, establishing priorties and competencies and communication skills. Participants are videotaped while practicing a live interview, and receive details feedback on their skills. This seminar is available only to contracting clients on an "in-house" basis. We do not offer public seminars.

Training Skills Course instructor led traininggroup study and discussionworkshop / seminar : We offer customized training for professional trainers and SME trainers integrating design, delivery and facilitation skills with the need to integrate the "entertainment value" of classroom training. We focus on adult learning theory and reality, and study the cues in popular culture that can add an immediacy to training efforts that many canned programs lack. Working Towards Agreement instructor led traininggroup study and discussionworkshop / seminartrain the trainer : Working Towards Agreement is our half-day course in conflict resolution and management. Using the Thomas-Killman instrument to identify individual conflict styles, we lead the participants through a series of exercises following the key steps in confronting and resolving conflict. By the end of the course, people will have an understanding of their own "soft spots" in conflict situations and of the different strategies they can apply in solving the problem while saving the relationship.
