Ethical Choices   : Complying with the letter of the law when it comes to Sarbanes-Oxley is not enough. Laws cover specific past actions, not potential future liabilities. Therefore, to train managers and employees on what to do/not to do under Sarbanes-Oxley is only a start: you need ethical standards and training to ensure that people make effective choices in the future. The goal of any ethics training is to ensure that people understand that ethical choices are the best choices for themselves and their organizations.

Leadership Choices     : Leadership Choices is a full-spectrum best-practices leadership training program suitable for all management levels. Custom-designed to sync with your business strategy and priorities, the course includes competency building in leadership, communication, teamwork, performance management and organizational influence. The methodologies used include survey feedback, case studies, group activities and action learning. Course length is normally 40 hours, but the modular design allows the client to schedule training modules in the manner most convenient to the organization.
Leadership Choices for Contributors     : Leadership Choices for Contributors is a leadership program for non-managing professionals. Based on the belief that leadership can come from any position in the organization, the course focuses on communication, teamwork and organizational influence through a philosophy of personal responsibility. Course length is usually 16-20 hours; modular design allows the organization to schedule training to maximize convenience.

Leadership Choices for the First Line    : Leadership Choices for the First Line covers the fundamentals of leadership for new supervisors and managers as well as those people in the organization who have been identified as potential leaders. The course covers leadership practices, legal aspects of management, managerial communication skills, performance management and organizational skills.

Managing Up, Through or Around: Influence at Work   : This session is about creating and extending your influence in the organization by giving you positive choices for dealing with higher-ups and peers. Instead of engaging in competition or passive aggressive behavior, we give you the skills you need to make it more likely you will get things done, get the respect you deserve, and build positive relationships.

Navigating Change    : We offer two versions of our course, "Navigating Change"---a management version and and a contributor's version. In both courses we explore the myths that interfere with our ability to deal with change, integrate specific organizational changes into skill-building exercises and give people processes for working through the unexpected. For managers, we add skills in communicating change, identifying obstacles and a series of steps on how to deal with the underlying question, "What's in it for me?"

Performance Management Course     : Our performance management course is a customizable full-day course in how to enable direct reports to accept responsibility for their actions and for working together as a team. The course covers goal setting, coaching, corrective action and team performance management.

Respectful Relationships: Preventing Harassment    : Preventing Harassment is HRDFusion's course in how people can create a great place to work through mutual respect. Our approach is unique because we teach the prevention of sexual and other forms of harassment in a context combining ethics, respect and personal responsibility to make the learning far more likely to stick. Because the course is customized to the organization and its policies, we ensure a seamless integration between HR practice, the law and the content of the course.

Responsible Leadership    : Responsible Leadership is a course in the the legal aspects of management, from harassment prevention to hiring to ADA accommodation. The class is intensely interactive and works well both for experienced leaders needing a legal refresher and new managers who need the basics.

Team Building    : HRDFusion offers Team Building programs designed to improve group performance and communication. Our programs focus on achieving clear outcomes as well as Myers-Briggs-based learning exercises.
The Discovery Process: Recruiting & Interviewing   : The Discovery Process is a course on the art of interviewing and hiring skills, covering: question development, legal questions, probing, resume screening, establishing priorties and competencies and communication skills. Participants are videotaped while practicing a live interview, and receive details feedback on their skills.

Training Skills Course   : We offer customized training for professional trainers and SME trainers integrating design, delivery and facilitation skills with the need to integrate the "entertainment value" of classroom training. We focus on adult learning theory and reality, and study the cues in popular culture that can add an immediacy to training efforts that many canned programs lack. The course includes videotaped practice sessions with in-class and post-session feedback.

Working Towards Agreement    : Working Towards Agreement is our half-day course in conflict resolution and management. Using the Thomas-Killman instrument to identify individual conflict styles, we lead the participants through a series of exercises following the key steps in confronting and resolving conflict. By the end of the course, people will have an understanding of their own "soft spots" in conflict situations and of the different strategies they can apply in solving the problem while saving the relationship.
