Black Belt Training instructor led training : The Four Week Training Session is more than simply covering the concepts. In the four weeks of training, the Black Belt participants must demonstrate their proficiencies in using six sigma tools and techniques, in addition to showing actual dollar savings and customer benefits through actual project work.
