Repario Ltd
One Life Philosphy: We have the firm belief that every training, workshop or seminar an organization conducts should be valuable to each individual"s life. Not just their life at work, but their personal life as well. Although each one of us has many roles to play within each day i. e. parent, spouse, manager, leader, etc, we feel we have the obligation to help each person succeed in ALL the roles they fill. About us: Repario is a full service provider of training and development resources. If your organization or team needs help, we are your resource. Repario represents some of the most experienced and innovative training and consulting companies. Each consultant we represent has been hand-picked for their creativity, reliability, references, and breadth of expertise. When you select Repario, rest assured you are getting the most successful and innovative people, services, and programs. Our Approach: Repario is absolutely committed to helping you focus your employee development efforts. At Repario, we usually begin with organizational culture assessment to insure we are approaching your training from the right place. If your culture doesn"t support your training programs, then it is far less likely that the learning from the training program will "stick" in the organization. Repario will provide you with some of the most innovative trainers in the world. But if it"s back to business as usual on Monday morning, the value of the training is reduced. And that means wasted money for you. So integrating our workshops into your culture is crucial to realizing long-term training results.

Repario -- what does that mean? Repario (Ri-PA-rio) is Latin and means 'to renew or restore'.

Our goal is to help you convert your human capital into working capital.

We accomplish this by connecting the heart and mind of each individual to the organization. Tapping into Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA), and also attitudes, that each individual acquires throughout their life and then, forgets to use them.

As a professional services organization, we provide a wide range of services to achieve this goal:

Highly interactive and experiential learning opportunities - workshops, training, facilitation.

Individual 'Challenge' Coaching

Immersion retreats for executives

Philanthropic events designed to bring out the best in all of us and connecting our hearts and minds.

Consulting to organizations looking to achieve this internally.

Repario is also committed to diversity - not simply cultural and ethnic diversity, but also diversity of thought, opinion, values and beliefs.

Our logo reflects this belief - three individuals with their heads together and arms outstretched, each one a primary color.

With individuals coming together, open minded, any problem can be overcome. This is the greatest source of creativity and strength.

Our Approach:

Repario is absolutely committed to helping you focus your employee development efforts.

At Repario, we usually begin with organizational culture assessment to insure we are approaching your training from the right place.

If your culture doesn't support your training programs, then it is far less likely that the learning from the training program will "stick" in the organization.

Repario will provide you with some of the most innovative trainers in the world. But if it's back to business as usual on Monday morning, the value of the training is reduced. And that means wasted money for you.

So integrating our workshops into your culture is crucial to realizing long-term training results. Here are the steps we take:

Assessment of Organization.
Using qualitative and quantitative measurements, our staff develops a clear understanding of your current organizational culture. In a concise report, results will be shared to provide a basis for beginning an honest and objective dialogue among employees, management and our staff.

Establish goals and metrics for training and ongoing rollouts.
Our staff will meet with key members of your organization to discuss the intended results of the initiative. Together, we identify areas of strength, weakness and vulnerability within the organization, and develop a workshop designed to improve the weaknesses by leveraging the strengths. We also help determine what constitutes succss and how to measure it. Finally, we help develop goals for future rollout events within the organization.

Conduct Workshops.
Our facilitators will implement the workshop in an engaging and fun manner while always keeping the focus of learning and skill building.

Debrief and Evaluation.
Following every workshop, our facilitators available review each particpant's evaluation of the workshop. Where possible, we augment written workshop evaluations with surveys and/ or interviewing random participants fpor additional feedback.

Follow-up.
The key to any successful training or workshop relies upon the follow up and future roll-out events. We commit to a partnership with each organization to keep communication open and create long-term success for each workshop we conduct. Every workshop comes with our consulting support to help keep the momentum of the initiative strong.
Managing with Awareness instructor led traininggroup study and discussion : Managing with Awareness is the step beyond traditional 'diversity' training and helps managers and supervisors apply the knowledge and increased awareness. The workshop specfically helps managers and supervisors: * Improve Morale * Handle Conflict More Effectively * Provide Better Employee Recognition * Support Inter-Cultural Communication * Handle Sensitive Issues
Team GroundWorks instructor led traininggroup study and discussion : Based upon the GroundWorks model, teams define and (re)establish rules for behavior in three areas: * CommonGround * BattleGround * UnderGround Mixing experiential activities with group discussion, the team begins to create a micro-culture for 'how things are done around here'. Through this active process, your group also determines how to hold each other accountable.
TeamBuilding 2.0TeamBuilding 2.0
Building A Dream instructor led traininggroup study and discussion : Building A Dream is an incredible source of inspiration and motivation for every participant we run through it. Facilitated with various objectives in mind - sales, customer service, etc -- participants complete the task of building a bike, 'selling' it to another group and generally feeling satisfied with a job well done. But that is not where the workshop ends. Unknown to the participants, they are actually building a bike specific to an underpriviledged child, from the local community, who does not own a bicycle. When the children burst into the room, emotions run high, the tears are real, and I am not talking about the children.
The Ultimate Hunt instructor led traininggroup study and discussionworkshop / seminar : Get your people out of the venue, learn about the area, about each other and about themselves. Part Scavenger Hunt, part adventure learning, part community-based philanthropic team building, The Ultimate Hunt is designed to challenge and inspire participants. Small teams will have to use all of their collective skills in problem solving, critical thinking, clear communication, collaboration and teamwork to be successful. While this is a fun activity, there is a great deal of learning that can occur through the experience.
