Building A Dream : Building A Dream is an incredible source of inspiration and motivation for every participant we run through it. Facilitated with various objectives in mind - sales, customer service,etc -- participants complete the task of building a bike, 'selling' it to another group and generally feeling satisfied with a job well done. But that is not where the workshop ends. Unknown to the participants, they are actually building a bike specific to an underpriviledged child, from the local community, who does not own a bicycle. When the children burst into the room, emotions run high, the tears are real, and I am not talking about the children.

Managing with Awareness : Managing with Awareness is the step beyond traditional 'diversity' training and helps managers and supervisors apply the knowledge and increased awareness. The workshop specfically helps managers and supervisors: * Improve Morale * Handle Conflict More Effectively * Provide Better Employee Recognition * Support Inter-Cultural Communication * Handle Sensitive Issues

Team GroundWorks : Based upon the GroundWorks model, teams define and (re)establish rules for behavior in three areas: * CommonGround * BattleGround * UnderGround Mixing experiential activities with group discussion, the team begins to create a micro-culture for 'how things are done around here'.

The Ultimate Hunt : Part Scavenger Hunt, part adventure learning, part community-based philanthropic team building, The Ultimate Hunt is designed to challenge and inspire participants. Small teams will have to use all of their collective skills in problem solving, critical thinking, clear communication, collaboration and teamwork to be successful.
