My HAT organizes everything "alphabetically" as I add new folders and/or topics and I cannot change the order to a logical presentation. I'm sure that some "flag" or something is clicked on that's forcing this to occur, but I can find no way to undo this and move my folders and topics around to create the Help book that I need, with the flow/presentation that I want in my .CHM output file. I need to first learn how to use Camtasia before I can answer that question, but I also need some information about how to choose the best delivery method for the end user. For example, just because Camtasia can deliver a video clip with voice overlay and text popups, should I use all those features? Is it best to stay simple or go with all the bells and whistles. How do you decide what features to video and which ones don't require it?
