Synchrony Solutions, LLC, provides CD-ROM training modules for human service occupations including direct care staff, supervisors and professionals working with persons with disabilities in a variety of settings. Designed to address basic knowledge and skills, each module is engaging, interactive and oriented toward the understanding and practical application of strategies for working with persons with developmental disabilities. Modules are focused on training topics most often required by regulatory agencies including universal precautions, medication administration, behavior management,developing new skills, understanding seizure disorders and human rights. Each module incorporates periodic quizzes to aid retention as well as a final test to document mastery of the material. The program also generates an individualized certificate - an easy way to provide documentation of training for personnel reviews or regulatory compliance.
