: A one day course which explains the disciplines within the ITIL methodology and their relationship to each other. This course is designed for staff who whilst not working directly in an IT environment, are required to work closely with IT colleagues and therefore would benefit from an appreciation of ITIL. The course also benefits senior managers who require a high level understanding of what ITIL best practice encompasses, its aims and objectives.

ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate
: This three day course includes a 1 hour multiple choice examination which takes place on the afternoon of day 3. The successful completion of the course and examination leads to the ITIL Service Manager's Foundation Certificate. : This is a five day course. This course is preceded by the 5 day Service Support course (ITILSMCSS).

: This is a five day course. This is the first half of the course leading to the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management. The second part of the course is the Service Delivery course (ITILSMCSD), which is also five days' duration.
