Summit Consulting International Pty Ltd (Asia & Pacific) was formed in February 2003. It was founded by Bob Moss now the majority share holder and operating as Managing Director. Tim McGrath joined the Company in May 2003 as an equity Director, taking on the role of General Manager.
The Company is set up to work in assisting Vehicle Manufactures, Vehicle Distributors and Automotive Dealers with fixed Operations areas of the automotive business. It is planned to acquire Business in Australia, The Pacific, & Asia, plus any incremental international business that may occur as a result of the activities.
It is intended that the company mirror Summit Consulting International Inc. USA. Due to the planning the two Companies are now solidly joined with a binding contract. This arrangement allows the Australian Company a fast track into the Asia & Pacific Region, as all Summit Consulting International Inc. resources such as information and staff are immediately available. This now allows Summit Consulting International Pty Ltd (Asia & Pacific) to be in a position to offer Manufactures, Distributors & Dealers in the Region, a complete range of services without delay.
