With LearningSpan your employees have access to a multitude of effective self-paced training courses, but you only pay for the actual time spent training. Your company's training library will always be robust and up to date.
There are no sign-up or on going maintenance fees, you pay only for the courses actually taken. Individual courses are priced base on extent and depth of content, and primarily range from $10. 00 to $30. 00 per hour of training. LearningSpan s course access fees include the use of our web-based Training Delivery Network and comprehensive LMS. After initial setup, managing employee training is quite simple. Your Company Administrator will manage all permissions and courseware access over the Internet via a dedicated Company Account. LearningSpan allows the Company Administrator to tailor individualized training programs for your employees, based on Department, job function, skill level, etc.
LearningSpan will also deliver internally developed training as well. Company specific training, developed with off-the-shelf , SCORM compliant authoring tools like Presenter from Articulate and Authorware from Adobe, can easily be delivered over LearningSpan. Companies can then assign training from an internal course library and supplement that training with courses from LearningSpan's Training Partner subject matter experts.
For Individual Learners - build a Personal Training Transcript

In addition, if your association has its own training content that is currently web deliverable, or can be made web deliverable, LearningSpan is a cost effective outlet for that as well. Your training can of course be made available exclusively to your members, but if applicable, other LearningSpan Training Partners may wish to become a reseller of the your association's courses under the Vendor Sharing Program.
