Facilitating Services: The Institute's staff facilitates meetings, planning and problem-solving sessions, and goal setting retreats. Facilitation skills and methods utilized transcend the issues confronted in most meetings. We manage the meeting, minimize conflict, direct the focus, maximize the outcome, strengthen relationships, bring teams together and enhance leadership. All of this is accomplished in a positive climate.
Training and Development: We provide skill development in the areas of professional skills and sales skills, i.e. leadership, team development, team-based diversity, change management, coaching skills, problem-solving. Through assessments, analysis and an open architecture, we tailor and customize our services to meet our client s strategic goals and objectives. We will also deliver our client s programs.
