Interpersonal Development is an international, training and consulting firm, founded in 1980 in Rochester, New York.
Our focus is on improving sales and productivity for mid-sized companies.
We do this by analyzing the competencies required for sales and management positions, and then assessing the competencies of the relevant workforce. We then design new training courses, or customize our existing courses, to close any competency gaps. Training design is based on our research proven and field tested Behavior Modeling Technology .
We either deliver the training ourselves or certify client trainers. We source trainers from our global network of seasoned, independent trainers and certify them to facilitate our courses. Our training is supported with follow-up coaching programs for managers and sales reps.
