Trident Development Systems is part of the Igotmycar.com family of automotive services. We train dealers in the specific areas of sales, F&I, special finance and sales consulting. Our special program, "Success On Sale" works with both Independent and Franchised Dealers with a high level of success due to the three sesion approach.
We actually visit the dealership once every 30 days to add to the training in a manner that goes far beyond the traditional half-day seminar or the extremely expensive one-week programs.
Each member of the staff most perform the assigned tasks between visits which make them habits. Then subsequent visits add to the skillset.
The real benefit to this program is that the dealer investment is often less than some of the one-week programs which seem to fade away as soon as the trainer gets on a plane.
