"TEAMprovising" enables groups to gain trust, improve communication, and heighten comfort with one another -- all using the fun of improvisation. While entertaining (as all good team building should be), it is actually geared to develop interpersonal communication skills such as:
- accepting each other's ideas
- listening and reacting
- sharing focus
- taking reasonable risks
- clear communication
- building on others' offers
- ease in dealing with others
- leadership
- handling unexpected obstacles
- creating rapport with clientele (great for sales )
Many other teambuilding courses focus on either fun or trust. TEAMprovising creates both and gives your people and exciting new way to see each other. Every game we play was selected to support our Five C's of Teambuilding: Community, Communication, Cooperation, Commitment, and Creativity.

IMPROVentures offers keynote events and training programs.
A number of each are described in each section here.
Keynote Programs:
1. His solo motivation presentation, "You Gotta Fail...To Succeed" is on risk-taking, developing a better attitude toward taking chances and change, and coping with failure when that comes up. What makes this program so unique is that, for almost half of the hour, Milo leads the whole crowd in improv games played in audience pairs, making this keynote a teambuilder as well as a motivational speech. It has been a hit with the likes of Minolta, Southwest Airlines, the San Diego Housing Commission, and the American Society of Training and Development.
2. In his duo/ trio presentation "The IMPROVfessionals Top Tens", Milo creates a top-ten point list on an agreed upon topic (common examples: management , teamwork , or sales). He and his partner(s) perform a ten-game improvisation show that supports the points being made. Important lessons are reinforced, but in a fresh, fun way -- demonstrating that creativity can be applied to any issue. Kodak, Pfizer, and FairIsaac are among those who have praised his creative methods. Program titles vary by the client's desired topic (ie: Whose Line-Manager Is It Anyway? )
3. As attendees kept approaching Milo after keynotes asking if he d be willing to coach them or work with their staff, Milo developed an off-shoot division of his business called Public Dynamics . This coaching and training led to Milo publishing his book "Public Speaking: Get A's, Not Zzzzzz's" and eventually the development of a keynote with the same name, featuring a lively, story-filled speech with ten key points from the book.
4. A newer solo motivation presentation, Grow with the Flow was added in the last year after organizations that had enjoyed Milo in the past asked if he could come back with more stories and games for their conferences. The result was a 30 minute program on change and dealing with the fears and issues that can come up. It currently breaks down into two stories of about 9 minutes each and 12 minutes of leading the crowd in some different games than "You Gotta Fail...To Succeed" Upon request, this program could be expanded to one hour but it also works well as is for those times when something light and motivating could be the right fit for a short timeslot.
