Christensen Associates, Inc., helps each client company forecast its future and develop products, services, and strategies that exploit that future. We also guide executive teams through the strategic planning process, coach product development teams in creating successful products, and train individual corporate leaders in the skills necessary to create a brighter future. All workshops are facilitated by Chris Christensen. He was a program and project managers in industry for over thirty years. His organizations developed high technology components and systems for mamufacturing, product development, intelligence, military, commercial communications, and knowledge management programs. He holds a BS in Physics, an MS in Engineering, and an MBA. He is a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Quality Manager, a Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Project Management Professional. He teaches classes at the UCLA Technical Management Program, Cal Tech Industrial Relations Center, and Loyola Marymount"s MBA Program.
