AEG's principals include Jody Camardese and Mike DeGiorgi who bring over 50 years of combined education and consulting experience to our clients. Our clients tell us that a big reason they select us over other consulting firms is that they know we actually do the work. Because we each have over 20 years of business experience, we relate easily to the pressures and concerns our clients face.
AEG provides a full range of education services to its clients. All AEG services combine a high degree of participant involvement with a pragmatic approach to skill development.
These include: consultation on training needs and problems, course design and presentation, instructor training and development, executive coaching and a wide selection of workshops to meet the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements of clients. Our specific focus areas are:
Management Skills Training - Training workshops stress skill building in: performance management and coaching, team leadership, mentoring, delegation, presentation skills, employee selection and employee counseling. One- on- one, executive coaching may also be provided upon request.
Teambuilding - Consultation with team leaders to design programs to improve team effectiveness.
Consulting Skills Training - Programs stress problem identification, questioning and listening techniques, change management and expectations management.
Finance and Accounting Training - Education programs stress finance and accounting skills for the non-financial person, financial analysis, current developments in accounting and effective cash management.
Audit Training - Programs stress compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002: Management Assessment Of Internal Controls, risk assessment, internal audit and EDP audit skills and audit supervision.
Executive Development - The Perth Leadership Outcomes Model (PLOM) is a methodology for targeting executive development efforts toward balancing strengths, compensating for weaknesses and implementing managerial behaviors and techniques that will enhance business results. PLOM is a systematic assessment of four distinct Leadership Modes. After completing the assessment, leaders identify the negative business outcomes associated with their profile and what specifically can be done to prevent those outcomes. PLOM is the first approach to leadership development that links a leadership profile to measurable business outcomes. Ultimately, your PLOM profile is used to identify your "financial signature", which predicts the valuation profile of your company.
Executive Coaching - Sometimes high performing managers and executives can get derailed in their careers. AEG consultants tailor an action plan that helps get their performance back on track or plot a course to achieve their next developmental goals. Intensive interviewing, survey assessment, suggested readings and training workshops, are some of the resources that might be called upon to assist in this process. |
