: Hear! Hear? Your Listening Portfolio ® is an on-line instrument that assesses people's listening habits. The certification process entails taking the assessment and discussing the results with a trained coach, participating in on-line training, and engaging in a follow-up practicum to analyze an assessment results. Upon completion of the process, the coach will be able to use Hear! Hear? with clients to assess and discuss listening preferences and their impact on workplace effectiveness.
