Learning LAB Associates was formed in January 1995 as an answer to a client s request. A large international manufacturing firm requested Lynn Ann Bartholomew to serve as a dedicated training provider to develop and deliver highly interactive workshops that would meet its employees learning styles and unique work environment. To meet this need, Lynn Ann gathered a group of highly qualified independent training professionals and formed a learning consortium. Each Learning LAB Associate has over 12 years experience in either curriculum design and course development or platform training. All have Bachelor s Degrees and several have Masters Degrees, but the most important qualification is their singular dedication to serving the client with customized training programs that meet the client s participants where they are now and take them to a new level with practical techniques and skills that can be applied immediately back on the job. Learning LAB Associates is unique in that we will customize an existing training program or develop one from scratch at NO fee to our client. We know that a one size fits all training program does exactly that only fits one size. Our goal at Learning LAB is to provide skills-based training that each client can claim as its own. From 1995 to the present, we have added associates in the Human Resources and Organizational Development arenas and have selected a line of tested, proven personal profiles, assessment tools, and inventories to help participants identify their dominant listening, communication, and work styles. Participants then use this information to create action plans to adapt their styles to communicate and work more effectively with others whose styles differ. We also provide our training programs as turnkey products with everything that a client needs to deliver programs in-house.
