Towson University
Towson University, Center for Geographic Information Sciences is a designated ESRI Authorized Learning Center, with ESRI Authorized Instructors has expanded its education program to include additional GIS courses covering both software-specific training and lecture style workshops on GIS topics.
The Center for GIS has trained more than 300 individuals from government agencies and a variety of businesses.

Matthew S. Felton
ESRI-Authorized Instructor with over seven years of technical experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems. He is currently the Assistant Director of Technical Services at the Center for Geographic Information Sciences (CGIS), where is oversees the day-to-day technical activities required to accomplish GIS grants and contracts.
Kenneth C. Juengling
ESRI Authorized Instructor
Kenneth Juengling is an ESRI-Authorized Instructor who has a strong technical background and over eleven years of experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems. He is also the President of Geospatial Training and Consulting, Inc. Prior to joining GTC, Mr. Juengling was the ESRI Northwest Training Program Manager, where, during his six years at this position, he acquired abundant experience in teaching the concepts and practices of ArcGIS.
