For this reason the training modules offered by Zenergy PD are based on the modeled skills of highly successful people. The training is experiential in nature and is guided by the Balinese proverb "skill is only a rumor, until it reaches the muscle". This is accompanied by an intense preoccupation with what does work, rather than what should work. The future is going to get invented with us or without us. Supporting life-long-learning is a powerful step toward creating a world to which everyone wants to belong.

Approach To deal with to-days challenges it serves us to remember that an ounce of skill is more valuable than a pound of knowledge. For this reason the training modules offered by Zenergy PD are based on the modelled skills of highly successful people. The training is experiential in nature and is guided by the Balinese proverb skill is only a rumor, until it reaches the muscle . This is accompanied by an intense preoccupation with what does work, rather than what should work. From our experience we have noticed a strong connection between Ha - Ha and A-ha . As a result we are unashamedly devoted to making our trainings as rich in fun, as they are in learning. The Facilitation Process The participants are engaged in the learning process by using practical skill-building exercises. This is done most often in groups of three using accelerated learning methods. The participants learn from each other by using the material and process outlines provided. The models and strategies are outlined using power point, then discussed with the group prior to the actual practice sessions. Further discussions are held with the entire training group between exercises so that everyone may benefit from the learnings within each of the groups. Learning and development are on-going processes like the maintenance of a car or the tending of a garden. Good training solutions are designed to satisfy the long-term strategic objectives as well as the short-term demands. Suggested Follow-Up Strategies It is unrealistic to expect a training / skill-facilitation to create long-term impacts if participants do not absorb and practice what they learn. For this reason it is suggested that participants practice the skills together during the weeks after the training to ensure the skills are sustained. Suggestions for this process are outlined in a separate document entitled Skill Practice . References A full set of references will be supplied for each workshop Our Passion The capacity for our society to adapt to change has never been more important and training for the future has never offered such rich rewards. As the rate of change continues to accelerate, so does the advantage provided, to those who are able to adapt to those changes. The future is going to get invented with us or without us. Supporting life-long-learning is a powerful step toward creating a world to which everyone wants to belong.

Training tigers is not everyone s cup of tea. And yet every trainer knows that you cannot train a tiger while it is still in a cage. We have to release the tigers so that we can play with them and learn from them as they learn from us.
