We also supply Facilitator Kits and Train the Trainer Workshops, should you wish to build the capacity of your trainers to deliver these workshops inhouse.

We provide training courses for your managers and employees as on-site or off-site offerings. Minimum number of participants is 5. Although there are no upper limits, we prefer class sizes not to exceed 20-25 participants in order to ensure that each participant receives sufficient instructor time.
Our courses can be customized to suit the needs of your particular group, often at no additional charge. If you have an existing management or staff development program in place, we can customize our materials to integrate smoothly into your program(s).

Canada is a culturally diverse country where many races, religions and languages come together. Becoming aware of what culture is and how it affects our behaviour is critical to establishing respectful, courteous relationships within our multicultural society. This is an online self-directed program with a test and certification (80% pass required).
