BTSI qualifications offer a real alternative to employees and employers alike to change behaviours and improve performance. We deliver each qualification using a unique blend of technology and hands on workshops. Programmes are delivered over a 9 month period with only 4 days out of the office for each one. You meet your dedicated tutor at the first workshop. The tutor is then available to mentor, advise and assist you to complete your qualification. You have direct access to your tutor via email.
Each qualification consists of three modules and those modules are made up of a series of learning units. Each learning unit is further divided into bite sizes of learning each one delivered to you each day as a daily bite . As you progress from one learning unit to the next you are continuously applying a new knowledge and sales skillset directly to your specific sales role within your company. You complete assignments that are specific to your company and how to improve your sales. In a systematic and measurable way you begin to change how you approach your job and the outcomes that you expect from your work input. In a short period of time your results improve as does your skillset and ability to deal with any changes in your environment. With this new sense of confidence your results continue to improve as this new way of doing things now becomes the norm.

A Diploma in Professional Selling



: A Higher Level 7 qualification in Ireland; Higher Level 5 in the UK, the Diploma in Professional Selling has 12 learning units divided into three modules. There are numerous work-related activities and assignments to submit; simulations to prepare; one briefing and three workshops to attend over a 10 months period; a professional development in the workplace portfolio to construct; and end of module exams.
Graduate Diploma in Sales Coaching

: Overview
The principles governing the application of this unique approach to the understanding and acquisition of sales coaching skills have been drawn from extensive research into the professional coaching methodologies used by successful coaches in the fields of sports, music, dance, and acting. In these professions, coaches have a clearly defined system and they stick to it. In business the goalposts are forever changing, as are the players, the rules, and tactics.
