Easy Management of Aggression Ltd (EMA) is a company that has a passion for teaching control and restraint (C&R) techniques. We take great pride in our training and we deliver to a very high standard. EMA have a high pass rate across all the offered courses. We train individuals from various employment backgrounds, experience and knowledge. EMA instruct techniques on how to manage aggression, ranging from low-level aggression through to high-risk violent situations, one on one situations or a three staff team. This also includes the prevention of violence and handling face to face aggression.
The control and restraint techniques adopted by EMA fulfil the obligations required by their clients in respect to current legislation detailed in the Health and Safety At Work; Employers Liability Act.
