Recently due to a meeting with a man on a plane, who is an examiner of Nucleur Power plants, I have been introduced to the concept of climbing Wind Turbines as an NDE/ NDT Tech. I have always been a climber so this excites me, and somewhat of a troubleshooter with the intention of finding a positive, more workable solution.... in the kindest way when working with others. After High School, I traveled for a year, and then had a year of College, however I really feel I want to get into the Environmental field now. In my bones I feel an urgency, and that things are about to speed up. A friend said they announced in May Tx was going to double their wind turbines. In the future I want to go into Major Corporations and encourage them that Green is the way to go. Starting at the ground up as an NDE/ NDT tech feels very exciting to me. It is wind energy that excites me. I travel all over America and there is a uphoric, feeling, a feeling of awe and stimulation every time I see a windmill farm... I am moved and I know it is my future. Yesterday, Tuesday, I drove down to Houston from FW, and met John G. Dendy Vice President of NDT TRAINING AND TESTING CENTER; as well as Tyler Johnson at HELLIER, and both experiences were successful encouraging me to push forward to find a company to meet with. They both said I was the kind of man that Co's were looking for: an eager young man with strength and enthusiasm, as well as endurance and motivation with Integrity. I was honored.
