Assertiveness : Assertivess is a two-day course that raises your level of self-confidence and self-esteem while you learn to understand the terms passive, assertive and aggressive. We discuss use worksheets and activities along with a video to understand the subject and the effect our level of assertiveness has in all areas of our lives. For those with a supervisory role we learn how assertiveness relates to team motivation and team performance.

Customer Care - Putting People First & Complaint Handling for 'Happy Endings' : Learn to understand key interpersonal skills that can make every communication with your customer a positive one. Understand the important stages of our communication and how your attitude can predetermine an outcome. Working on group and team activities during this one day course we examine customer care in detail and set clear standards of service. We look at the links between motivation and success and examine complaint handling for 'happy endings'.

Effective Meetings : How much time do you waste in your organisation due to poorly run meetings? This is a three hour course that can cut down on that wasted time. The course examines the roles in a meeting situation and the responsibilities of each role. We examine how to anchor objectives, monitor performance and how to maximise both contributions and attendance.

Effective Presenting : This Effective Presenting course is suitable for anyone who currently, or may in future, give presentations of a formal or informal nature. The course takes you through a 'building blocks' approach to delivering presentations for maximum personal impact. We will cover how to prepare your material, how to deal with your nerves and how to capture and engage with your audience. The course is practical and several projects are prepared and delivered to video camera for one to one feedback for maximum personal improvement.

Giving Feedback : Giving Feedback is a three hour course concentrating on being able to give a variety of feedback to a variety of people for performance improvement. We examine the interpersonal or people skills required, the assertiveness required and the real value of constructive criticism.

This three hour course introduces the subject of EQ or EI (Emotional Intelligence) and how it sits within the modern workplace. We can take a look at your level of EQ or EI and then examine a variety of exercises to improve your EQ score and life success.
