PRINCE2 3-DAY FOUNDATION EVENT - Covers processes, components and techniques included in the PRINCE2 Project Management Method. Recommended for team leaders, project assurance and project support staff. The Foundation examination is a one-hour multiple-choice paper on day 3 of the course. 75 questions 38 of them to be answered correctly to pass. Successful delegates receive the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate from the APMG. The examination tests the understanding of TERMINOLOGY used in PRINCE2.
PRINCE2 5-DAY PRACTITIONER EVENT - Covers the processes, components and techniques included in the PRINCE2 Project Management Method. Prepares delegates for the Association of Project Management Group (APMG) exams (included in the course) and maximises their prospect of being awarded the qualification of Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner. Includes Foundation exam (on day 3) and Practitioner exam (on day 5. This is an open book examination comprising a scenario and three questions each question carries 50 marks, - 75 marks out of a possible 150 are required to pass).
Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the internationally recognized qualification "Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner". The Practitioner examination requires a candidate to demonstrate their understanding of the APPLICATION of the methodology to a given project scenario.
