Flair -Beginner
DAY 1
A complete introduction to the art of flair. Students will be taught basic throws, catches and simple but effective working flair that can be used to enable instant results on the bar.
DAY 2
More in depth than the 1st day, an introduction to more difficult working flair. The use of full and part empty bottles and basic exhibition flair. The use of other objects available on the bar will be encouraged.
Flair -Intermediate
DAY 1
Students will be taught over 20 working flair moves and how to put them into sequences. The course will teach mostly full and part bottle flair, with the intention of wowing guests at the bar everytime to maximise sales and tips.
DAY 2
An introduction to more difficult exhibition flair, with flair moves taught to exhibition standard - a stepping stone into competitions.
Flair -Advanced
DAY 1
This course will again teach twenty moves and several sequences, and will each bartenders how to perform to a crowd. It will develop routines, and how to put them with music.
DAY 2
As the first day but the emphasis will be to teach and discuss the importance of creativity and look more in depth at students routines as if through the eyes of a competition judge.
Cocktails For Fun 1 Day
Basic Methods of Cocktail Mixing, taught through an introduction to the classic cocktails. A fun look at the ingredients used, and give them a grounding in bartender"s techniques.
Cocktail Bartending 3 Day
A extensive run down on the methods used to make cocktails, taught through
an introduction to the Classic Cocktails.
Modern Mixology 2 Day
Background on recent Bar Culture & Prolific Modern Bartenders taught through Contemporary Classics.
