The S.A.B. Negotiation Group provides the most effective negotiation training program in the United States. Conducted by former instructors of negotiation at Harvard Law and Business Schools, we spend 40% of our time providing training to our clients with the balance of our time spent providing consulting work. What that means for you is that everything in our training program is something we know to be effective because we have apply everything we teach with great positive effect in our consulting work - often with a great deal on the line. Accordingly, a substantial portion of our training is devoted to having participants engage in role-plays where they have an opportunity to apply (and experience) the actual strategies and tools taught in the training to realistic role-play situations.
