ULT was created and developed by Jim Hillelson who has 28 years in the Hotel Industry as a Corporate General Manager/Trainer. Jim provides a fresh Leadership environment and Coaches Leaders & Teams to shift their mental-emotional habits to achieve through Transformational Leadership that consistently creates bottom-line results.
Jim became so well established as a Leadership Trainer in the Hotel Industry that he began to envision an even greater impact. His belief is that Corporate America in the 21st Century must make major mental-emotional shifts to enhance guest, customer and employee satisfaction or find themselves in a position of decreased profits, imploding stress, and dysfunctional business practices that corrupt any positive business mission. Expanding achievement and thus profitability means, establishing a holistic approach and maturing the emotional and intellectual quotient of every human asset invested in the company.
Jim believes that most businesses are presently embracing the language of Transformational Leadership yet, have not developed the actual skills to activate the richness of a more "Flat-Line" approach that views management and staff as more equalateral partners in the success of their company.
Jim creates, develops and presents Leadership Models to produce effective Leaders that balance the organizational structure and who feed efficiency and productivity while modeling true leadership qualities. He is a master at customizing these Leadership Models to a particular industry and business culture for on-going achievement. As part of his training, Jim offers an additional 90 days of periodic, one-on-one or group coaching to insure that the skills presented are actualized, qualified and quantified.
