The Writing Mill
We are a non-profit organisation offering creative writing courses and scriptwriting courses in Majorca, (the Balearics), Spain. The courses are in English and are aimed at English-speaking participants (mostly from the UK, US and Canada). The two courses we are offering this year:
WRITING WORKSHOPS AT THE WINDMILLS IN MAJORCA:
SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 2005
The Writing Mill is hosting two workshops in Mallorca in the autumn, aimed as usual at writers with a work in progress who are looking for professional feedback.
We will be welcoming back JACK HODGINS to run the Prose Fiction workshop, and MICHAEL MACKENZIE for the scriptwriting workshop. Both of them, as previous participants attest, are immensely thoughtful, focused, gifted teachers and acute analysts of what is needed to make a piece of work successful. Workshop dates:
PROSE FICTION : September 10-18th, 2005
SCRIPTWRITING : October 8 - 16th, 2005
In these workshops, in order for each participant"s work to receive as much attention as possible from the instructor and group, we take a maximum of NINE particpants.
