The Learning Hub is an accredited training provider, established to meet the demands of outcomes based education and training as well as related skills development outputs in the various sectos of the industry. We apply strict criteria to scrutinise global best practices, evaluate the local market demand and the solutions required to assist companies in achieving world class service status. The Learning Hub Key Focus Areas are: Education, Training and Development, Professional Human Capital Services and Organisational Transformation. We specialise in financial services (insurance industry) and behaviourial training. Our programmes encompass:
- Research, design and develop nationally recognised learning programmes to
meet customer needs
- Facilitate learning programmes
- Conduct independent assessments, moderation and recognition of prior learning
(RPL)
- Compile formative, summative, workplace and RPL assessment tools
- Design, register and administer learnerships
- Conduct Trustee training for the Corporate Benefits market
- Provide consultation services on the NQF and the relevant Acts, WSP"s and
ATR"s,RPL initiatives on FAIS and other interventions.
