"Resonance" is a 5-Day Leadership Immersion Experience, designed to provide clarity and focus to personal and business alignment. Held in the beautiful hills of Sonoma County, California, Resonance immerses you in a unique approach to leadership that will have far-reaching impact on your business and your life.
Life, business and the world are in constant change. Our leadership capabilities must continue to improve and expand to meet that change. Resonance is an intentional leadership program designed to expand your personal and professional skills.
To achieve sustainable success requires an environment in which innovation and flexibility are the norm. Individuals, teams and the business as a whole need to work effectively and continually improve their performance. It is intentional leadership that creates such an environment.
To be an effective leader you can t simply acquire a set of skills or competencies, nor can you pick up a toolkit of leadership techniques. At Resonance, you will find within yourself the right way for you to lead; the way that reflects and maximizes your natural abilities.
To be the best you can, you need to identify your own purpose and passion, and know your own leadership talents and capabilities. You need to understand what has made you successful and what patterns have failed you.
At Resonance, leadership training is challenging and supportive. Skilled trainers and coaches work with you to expand your self-awareness while presenting new ideas and concepts that will improve your personal effectiveness. Through a variety of experiential and interactive learning activities, you will participate with your peers and horses in a groundbreaking, unique event that will reveal and expand your true leadership potential. During the course of the week, you will integrate your new skills into a personal and a business plan for moving closer to what you want for yourself and your business.
Intentional Leadership is based, in part, on the non-verbal communication concept of Intuitive Awareness. The essence of Intuitive Awareness is a deep connection with one s own inner rhythms, your core vision or intentions and the resultant affect on those around you. Horses are excellent facilitators of this process due to their nature as herd animals, their size in contrast to humans and what their responses, to each other and to you, can reveal.
The way horses live is based on a deep understanding and awareness of how one fills their space. Intention carries energy as tangible to a horse as physical touch is to a human. When working with horses, you can reestablish and affirm your power of intention. You will not be riding the horses, rather communicating with them in such a way that your own awareness blossom.
When you leave Resonance, you will have both a personal action plan and a business plan for moving you closer to what you discover you want for yourself and your business.
