What does MBTI do?
The Myers-Briggs system measures people and organization in four areas.
1. How a person relates to others Personal Energy Orientation preferences.

3. How a person makes decisions Decision making and problem solving preferences

The personality type is made up of your natural "preference" for each of these four dimensions.
