Why do people need resiliency skills
Our most precious commodity we can have is our mental health. With out it life can be a very very harsh place. so we need to nuture, mend and build our mental health. Our quality and quantity of life at home, work and society depends upon it.
Resilient people see both the danger and the opportuntiy in every crisis. Resiliency skills help keep people moving forward in life. Resiliency is a set of skills that assist us stay "up right" and moving forward in life despite the many obstacles and large challenges we all have to face eventually in life.

How do I get more resilient?
Start defining what you want from life. Then consier that highly resilient people work at problem solving, staying focused and don" sweat ths small stuff. Watch, read, observe others is where to start. Who do you know that nothing seems to slow down? Can you spend some time with them and ask them how they do it?

Resiliency for Life programming has people change how they view themselves, their career, children, youth, families and their community. We help people learn how to stretch in the face of life's upsets and adversities instead of shrinking.
We assist our participants acquire an understanding of the skills and strategic processes involved in developing resilience, optimistic mindset and resulting positive outcomes.
We do this by understanding the needs of people and organizations and delivering competitive, high quality, research-based programs.
We have two streams to our business.

- One is designed specifically for organizations and associations.

Michael's key skills are in the area of resiliency and persuasion. He helps people learn what he learned during his epic seven-year, multi treatment battle with two cancers, a failed surgery and his incredible midnight journey on his birthday to the OR to save his life.

: The program helps people who have experienced chaos, are in chaos, or have special needs, learn how to calm their mind, body and feelings.
