An Introduction to the Baldrige Criteria  : The Baldrige Criteria is the world's best model of performance excellence and the framework for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. This Introductory Course will introduce the core values of the Baldrige Program and present the seven categories of criteria within the Baldrige framework. Participants will learn how to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, establish aligned and integrated strategies and deploy action plans.
Implementing Lean Enterprise  : This interactive workshop is a mix of classroom and live simulation. Participants will learn how to easily identify non-value adding waste and apply techniques that will dramatically increase bottom line performance without excessive capital investment.
Value Stream Mapping with eVSM : This powerful mapping technique is utilized to quickly assess business situations and design high efficiency business processes. Our unique workshop integrates eVSM, a dynamic software solution to convert static value maps into dynamic simulation tools that will perform what-if scenarios and integrate excel spreadsheets for fast efficient process analysis. Participants will utilize the APICS CSCP learning system in conjuction with an instructor led component. The CSCP body of knowledge and features print-based study modules as well as online tools, including an assessment component that enhances the learning experience by enabling participants to check the progress of their studies and their understanding of the content.
