Hawk & Trowel Plastering Centre
The Hawk & Trowel bricklaying course has been designed to give you an understanding of the practical skills of bricklaying. You will learn how to set out building lines, be taught brick and blockwork and how to ensure your walls are square and vertical. We will also teach you to build a corner, a pillar, a pier and cavity wall. You will learn the different types of bricklaying bonds and be shown how to do pointing for face brickwork. We will also demonstrate how to put in a damp course.
