The Grey Matters

The Grey Matters are ITIL Specialists. We provide Public and On-site Service Management training, ranging from overviews through to accredited ITIL V2 and V3 Foundation, Practitioner and Managers courses, accompanied by the Information Systems Examination Boards examinations. We provide public training throughout the UK at various locations, as well as international with many overseas partners. We are able to meet any international onsite training requirements. We recognise that one can train people to do something, but it is far more effective and beneficial to educate them as to why they do it. Interaction, discussion, disagreement, reflection - are all part and parcel of our approach. In addition we are Accredited Course Providers for the ISO/IEC 20000 Audit and Consultancy education. We can also offer online Service Management training facilities, Six Sigma, Balance Scorecard training and the facility to purchase the Core ITIL publications for V2 and V3 as well as The Service Management Revision Aid for V2 exams.
