The best way to assure competence is through facilitated hands on practice. Our students spend at least 50 of their time in class performing structured hands on lab exercises that build competence, confidence, and clarity.
All of our courses are instructor-led. Hi-TechEnd instructors are experienced professionals, cross-trained in several technologies. They can relate the strengths and weaknesses of products and present alternative solution strategies when they are warranted. And, our instructors must achieve a 98 approval rating, with at least 80 of students rating them excellent, or they are not allowed to teach for us.
