All of our consultants are members of the CIPD or the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL), with several being qualified to BPS levels A and B/B+ allowing them to carry out psychometric profiling.
We have fully qualified Project Managers (Prince II Practitioner standard) who are able to deliver tailored project management events and also to facilitate the introduction and on-going project management of your learning solutions large or small.

- O asked: Dear Sir/ Ma, is my name and I am the Project Manager of the AFRICAN REGIONAL YOUTH INITIATIVE (ARYI Nigeria), an organization that works with hundreds of youth and community based organizations across Africa addressing developmental issues as outlined in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) an action oriented youth empowerment organization set up to contribute to the well being of the youths even as they grow to become the leaders of tomorrow; and to as well assist them in their personal development in the continent through training for skill acquisition towards meaningful contribution to communal development. Our organization have been working with other private, government and non governmental organizations in Nigeria as well as other countries. Currently we are working with the Ministry of Local Government Affairs in Lagos State. We are currently organising with the Ministry on how officials of the local government councils could be trained and fees with be paid on behalf of the participants by the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs of Lagos State. I know that you can plan two weeks training program for the legislative arms of the local government officials and then invite them to come over for the training paying fees. The study materials, hotel accommodation fees, return flight ticket as well as excursion fare for the two weeks program would be paid for for the team coming for the training. Please do let me know how you feel about this.
