I am a liscensed Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy(TM) and Hypnotherapy. I conduct seminars, cooporate trainings and workshops on NLP, Rapport, Enhanced Rapport and Sales, Communications, Weight Loss and Motivation. I have offices in Redding and Berkeley California. I am a Public speaker with over 20 years experience both domestically and internationally. The key element that distinguishes my trainings is the amount of change your company will see in achieving sales or other goals. Motivational speakers are a good resource for getting the company fired up when starting a sales campaign, however for long term results and growth in your market you need something more. For long term growth you need a team that is congruent. Also the individuals on that team themselves need to be congruent with the goals you have chosen. Motivation to achieve those goals comes from the order of priority of your personal values! If the value of the goal you have set is in conflict with a personal value, the motivation will wane quickly! I align values and goals so they work together so that the motivation is permanent!
